Proposed tax credit and tax shelter for the film industry for the fiscal years 2008, 2009 and 2010:
The proposed tax credit and tax shelter for the film industry was introduced with law n.244 on december 24, 2007 and is aimed at encouraging private investments in the audiovisual sector. The incentive package is awaiting approval from the European commission (under art.88(3) EC Treaty).
