Frequently lakes and sections of rivers fall under the responsibility of municipal administration, and thus they should be contacted for permits.
The State Property Agency at the city level is responsible for woods, and will indicate if the area is private property, in which case authorization will be requested from the owner, or it will indicate the agency responsible.
It is up to the individual park administration to decide whether filming should be conducted, and the authorization depends on the degree of disturbance that is anticipated to be caused to the fauna and flora of the location. It will be easier to obtain authorization for photographic reports and documentations, and more difficult if filming calls for the use of large technical equipment and unmanageable vehicles. Costs are assessed on the basis of filming days and requirements provided. Since Park Administrations must advise the National Forestry Corps of their decision to approve filming a period of at least 60 days is advisable for forwarding applications.
